Float Therapy (also known as sensory deprivation or isolation tanks) was invented in the 1950's, and has become a popular, natural healing modality for pain, inflammation, anxiety and stress relief.

Float therapy consists of a float cabin (like a big huge, walk-in closet size bathtub) filled with 11 inches of water and 1,100 pounds of epsom salt dissolved in it!

This makes a 35-40% salt solution, which allows the user to float effortlessly in a close to zero gravity environment. The muscles don't have to do any work, so they can fully relax and release tension.

You can also turn the light and the music off, so it will be totally dark and really quiet - which offers the brain a break from the stress of constant noise and light pollution.

There is a large amount of research on float therapy (plus Aaralyn's 6+ years of anecdotal evidence from her own float clients!) showing reductions in cortisol, blood pressure, anxiety, pain, ptsd, fibromyalgia, athletic recovery and more!

HFW will offer organic juice subscriptions, cleanses and delivery. There will also be a limited raw menu, and pre-prepped cooked meals.

A vending machine style cooler will offer easy come and go access to many of our options.

Visitors to the wellness center can book a "Detox Day" and do a one day juice cleanse while they are here, making it even more effective with the multiple other modalities we offer.
